About Me

Welcome!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in treating adults with OCD and anxiety disorders. I have over 10 years experience treating these conditions across the lifespan.

Dealing with OCD and anxiety can be one of the hardest experiences an individual can go through. I am here to help you through it. My style is friendly and down-to-earth, and I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share your experiences. To help patients reduce their suffering and improve their quality of life, I use treatments that have scientific evidence supporting their effectiveness. You can read more about the treatment I provide here.

In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, block printing, and running around with my husband and two awesome daughters. I love working with individuals with OCD, because they are some of the most creative and thoughtful people I know.

Experience and Training

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Vermont and completed my predoctoral internship at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. At Brown, I worked at the OCD Intensive Outpatient Program and the Pediatric Anxiety Research Center (PARC) where I treated children and adolescents with OCD and anxiety disorders. From there, I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at the OCD Institute (OCDI) at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, a nationally recognized partial and residential program for treating adults with OCD.

Following my postdoc, I worked as a staff psychologist at the OCDI. In this role, I provided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention for patients with severe OCD. I also led groups, provided clinical supervision to doctoral level trainees, and conducted research on the classification and treatment of OCD and Related Disorders. I remain on the faculty of McLean Hospital and Harvard Medical School.

I have completed the Postpartum Support International certificate trainings in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy. The treatment I provide also focuses on supporting new parents navigating identity transitions, relationships issues, professional life as a new parent, and anxiety and OCD in the perinatal and postpartum periods.
